Thank you for your interest in my communications and management services. This site is intended as a way for you to quickly and easily review material I have developed either professionally or as a volunteer or personally as a creative writer. It includes management, marketing and communications documents, examples of website content, course workbooks and journalism style articles.

I trust it demonstrates my ability to research and analyze business and technical material and to communicate clearly. The implementation of the professional plans, policies and procedures required a variety of additional management skills.
The professional material was created while serving as a vice president, director or manager with former employers. The company names, graphics etc. have been removed or changed where appropriate.
Teaching content was developed either for Camosun College, UVIC or for private use.
I have included the volunteer and creative material on this site because much of it reflects professional skills such as research, coordination and facilitation. Teaching Buddhism (an extremely technical subject) requires exhaustive research and a high degree of facilitation skills. Creating a music CD with its music, lyrics, cover design and the overall production process is a six month exercise in project management. Also some professional tasks such as teaching, marketing or change management require creativity.
